  • Corrugated plastic (channel polypropylene) is extruded polypropylene (PP) panels that are lightweight, economical, and available in various colors. Widely used in advertising and packaging production, decoration, and temporary advertising. Standard and direct-printing versions are available. Wear-resistant material that is waterproof and tear-resistant, can be used many times. Often used in industry. Can be cut, milled, shaped, drilled, sewn, welded by spot or thermal welding. CUTTING - corrugated plastic can be cut with a clerical or ordinary knife, using a circular saw, milling machine or guillotine. The sheets can be easily cut in all directions (easiest along the channel).

WELDING - the sheets can be joined by welding (hot, warm air or ultrasonic welding is possible). Welding temperature 190 - 240 °C. The time interval between heating and joining is no more than 1 second. The best way to weld sheets for printing.

PRINTING - direct printing is possible only on surfaces intended for printing (they have a special surface). Corrugated plastic is suitable for solvent and UV printing, as well as screen printing. Standard surfaces can be covered with a sticker with a print.

GLUING - Polypropylene is difficult to glue, but it can be done using ethylvinylacetate (EVA) based glues, as well as hot melt glues made from atactic polypropylene. The most important thing is that the areas to be glued are clean and dry.

RECYCLING - Corrugated plastic is 100% recyclable.
