LED screen rental

Rental and service of LED screens during the event. LED screens with extremely bright SMD LEDs ensure excellent image visibility even in direct sunlight. LED screens can be assembled in various dimensions, the step of width and height depends on the size of the module. It is very popular to use for events such as: concerts, holidays, exhibitions, company parties, presentations, live sports broadcasts, etc.

LED SCREEN RENTAL + installation and dismantling: Rental price for 1 day. Additional day 1/3 of the rental price. The prices below are indicative and may differ from the final project price. Ask us and we will calculate.

What is the difference between P1, P2, P3 and P4 LED screens? Answer: pixel density per square meter. The higher the number of pixels, the more detailed and sharper the image. P1 and P2 LED screens are suitable for exhibition stands, advertising signs in shopping malls, shops and other small spaces. P3 and P4 are more intended for halls, stage walls, sports arenas, stadiums - where there are large spaces and can accommodate a lot of people. Power consumption: ~700 W / 1 sq. m. Weight: ~30 Kg / 1 sq. m.

• P1 viewing distance from 2 - 8 meters, minimum recommended size ~4 sq.m.
• P2 viewing distance from 4 - 12 meters, minimum recommended size ~6 sq.m.
• P3 viewing distance from 6 - 16 meters, minimum recommended size ~12 sq.m.
• P4 viewing distance from 8 - 20 meters, minimum recommended size ~20 sq.m.

Event service:
450 € + VAT per day of the event. The price includes computer equipment, technical maintenance, simple output of video material (Photo / Video / Logo) to the LED screen.
700 € + VAT per day of the event. The price includes computer equipment, technical maintenance, output of video material (Photo / Video / Logo / slides / live broadcast of video cameras and visualizations) to the LED screen while fulfilling the event scenario.

LED screen hanging:
TRUSS aluminum structure / hanging on cables (calculated individually) price: from 450 € + VAT

Transport:

• Equipment loading, delivery to the specified address and removal after the event: 3 € + VAT / km (minimum price: 100 € + VAT)
