Lightbond (composite board)

Lightbond is a high-quality aluminum composite panel, a multilayer material that is characterized by high strength. The panels are stable and perfectly maintain the flatness of the plane, giving a modern and elegant appearance. It is easy to form various volumetric structures, most often used in the field of advertising. The Lightbond panel is easily processed, cut with vertical or horizontal machines, drilled or milled according to individual needs. The middle layer is made of recycled polyethylene (PE) plastic, which is completely safe for indoor use. It does not contain any toxic hazardous compounds. The surface of the panel is covered with high-quality polyester paint, which guarantees long-term color preservation and protection from external factors. Stickers, posters, signs, etc. can be easily glued to these panels. Colored Lightbond panels are used outdoors and may fade when exposed to direct sunlight, so it is best to use ALBOND panels.

Lightbond PRINT - this is an extremely strong and smooth white matte board (Coala Printbond 158 Ultralite), which is specially adapted for direct digital printing. The surface of the panel ensures long-term adhesion of the paint to the surface. A special polyester coating on both sides of the board allows for better adhesion of UV inks. Aluminum alloy - 1000, whiteness: RAL9016. Can be printed on both sides. The price includes perimeter milling.
